07:20 on Friday, January 23rd the CBVFD was alarmed for a working house fire at 500 Lincoln Ave. E-15 responded at 07:25 with 4 personnel and arrived on scene minutes later with heavy smoke showing on all four sides of a single story, single family dwelling. Water supply was easily established with hydrants 100 ft and 300 ft too each side of the residence. 15's crew made an interior attack and were quickly backed up by E-14's crew of 4 and Chief 1A establishing command. The fire was marked under control at 07:42. Thanks to Truck 28, Engine 4, Engine 21 and KG Tanker 2 for help with salvage, overhaul, and clean-up. Units marked in service at 11:00.
